Refund policy

At Mayday Supply Co., we take pride in producing high-quality custom apparel and gear. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your item, please contact us at team@maydaysupply.co and we'll do everything we can to make it right.

Because each item is printed on demand, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing. Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

If you accidentally order the wrong size, your best bet is probably to sell it to someone else at the station, pass it along to a friend, or save it for that firefighter who swears they're going to lose 20 pounds before summer.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, contact us within 14 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We'll work with you to find a solution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.
