DISCLAIMER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By purchasing, wearing, or using any products sold by Mayday Supply Co., the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:

  1. Assumption of Risk
    The customer assumes all risks associated with the use, wear, care, and maintenance of products purchased from Mayday Supply Co. Mayday Supply Co. shall not be liable for any injury, illness, death, property damage, or other loss arising from the use, misuse, alteration, or inability to use any product.
  2. No Safety or Protective Equipment Representation
    Unless specifically stated otherwise in writing, products sold by Mayday Supply Co. are intended for apparel and lifestyle purposes only and are not designed, tested, certified, or intended to provide protection from any occupational, environmental, fireground, training, athletic, or other hazards.
  3. Uniform and Department Policy Compliance
    Certain products, designs, colors, logos, graphics, or customization options offered by Mayday Supply Co. may not comply with the uniform standards, policies, procedures, regulations, or directives of a customer's employer, agency, department, military organization, or other governing body. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to verify and ensure compliance with all applicable rules, regulations, and policies prior to purchasing, wearing, or using any product.
  4. No Employer Affiliation or Approval
    The appearance of department names, station numbers, job titles, insignias, or similar designs does not imply endorsement, approval, authorization, or affiliation by any fire department, public agency, employer, union, military organization, or governmental entity unless expressly stated.
  5. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mayday Supply Co., its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the purchase, possession, wear, use, or misuse of any product.

By purchasing or using any product from Mayday Supply Co., the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Disclaimer and Release of Liability.
